Oakland's legendary blues dive on MLK Way. Blue Mondays have been a cornerstone of the East Bay blues scene for decades — rotating host bands, sign-up list opens at 7pm. A must for any blues player in the Bay.
A Pinole institution since the 1890s. House band plays 7–8pm, then the open sit-in starts at 8pm with rotating hosts and a welcoming East Bay crowd. Consistent, well-run blues jam.
Iconic Fillmore blues club in the heart of SF's historic jazz district. Weekly live blues and funk — deep Bay Area tradition in a venue that's been the real thing for decades.
